    EXERCISE PLANS

    Exercise relieves stress and helps with weight loss and weight control. Finding something you enjoy like running, cycling, gym, swimming etc. Consistency is the key word. For your training to be effective it needs to be done at least 4 times a week and 45min. per workout. Fit it into your daily lifestyle, make your training specific and stick to it.
